MobileSyncBrowser (MSB) is provided 'AS-IS' for your personal, non-commercial use on one computer. 

If you encounter any issues or have any questions, including institutional or forensics use, please contact me.  I am always happy to help.

MSB versions 4.5 and higher allows you to purchase or upgrade* directly within the program.  Please use the Purchase/Upgrade menu item/button. *MSB must be able to locate an existing registration key to calculate the applicable price for upgrades.

You will receive an email with your registration details within minutes. Please retain the email for your records. You will need the key if you reinstall or upgrade the program or if it fails to self-register during purchase. Click here to learn how to enter your key

If you purchased a key but cannot find your registration email:
First check any 'junk' or 'spam' mailboxes. You can also click here to search and retrieve your Kagi registration details.

Upgrade Policy
MSB is being improved constantly. To provide you the best support at a great price, your key allows you to upgrade to any new version released within one year of your purchase.

MSB provides two levels of features.

Upgrades
Renew your Plus key or upgrade from Classic to Plus.
Use this option only if you cannot upgrade from within the program.

You must have an existing registration key to upgrade.  These payments are verified and processed manually. Depending on the circumstances, day of week, etc., please allow up to 24 hours to process your upgrade or renewal.
MSB Upgrade
Classic keys are not renewable, but are eligible for 'Classic to Plus' upgrades. If you select an inapplicable option, we reserve the right to send a Classic key or refund at our sole discretion.
